MeMOM is an online platform from the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) group of support systems. Its core functionality is Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). It will support you in organizing work in the factory: automatization of schedules preparation and updates, monitoring execution of production processes, collection and analyzing of production data. As a result of its implementation, factories achieve significant efficiency gains that translate into profitability and competitiveness in the market. MeMOM is not an ERP (ERPs are built around financial and accounting systems, with a data structure insufficient to manage production) or MES (MESes have a much narrower range of functionalities than MOMs).
MeMOM is a complex tool that streamlines the work of everyone involved in a company's production processes: production managers, operations managers, planners, technologists, machine operators, quality controllers, packaging specialists, order fulfillment operators and all other employees on the shop floor.
MeMOM, due to its universal design, can be used in a variety of industries, such as metal industry, plastic moulding, furniture, assembling, food processing etc. Our clients are usually characterized by lot-size-one production, short series or highly variable production.
We have prepared a set of tools to implement MeMOM without the help of our consultants: an implementation wizard, tutorials and training videos.
